Now that Trump is back.. you think MPC will Ditch the DEI? Or do you think our leaders really believe in that BS. Of course they don't, and will be funny to see them reverting.

The racism on this post. People assuming DEI is BS. People complaining about dei roles. All that said I don’t think our leaders actually care and they’ll just follow the trends.
MPC is the worst. They just will never get it. DEI hires at crazy high rates just proves how ignorant they are.
Well we just posted a dei director.job so unfortunately it appears not. Stupid imo to be hiring a grade 15+ do nothing job.whilr cutting Capital budgets.
