SB doesn't have any discretion when it comes to financial reporting. That is really why everyone can tell he is full of it. Lots of hot air, zero results. He has had a long time to make a positive impact. SB S/B gone soon but will be replaced with someone equally obtuse.
Will be interesting, SB has been VERY quiet, only commenting on the weather and holidays.

Thank you all for your responses Is there another site where a person can go to get a little background and insight on the goings on for employees at XEROX. I know some will say... move on... it's the titanic, etc. but it is my job and I prefer to try to stay and make it work. I have some good customers who I care about and some colleagues too. I concur that the leadership has been off many times. I think going from sidekick to preo to ticket system to HCL for docs that aren't there, etc has been a nightmare but it's easier said than done to just LEAVE. Also, many companies have challenges . I believe the move to overseas customer service may save money on paper but the cost associated with losing customers and therefore losing sales has been a disaster.

95% of the posts here are junk. From their posts it's clear they were incompetent and uneducated, and there was no loss in value to Xerox when they were let go. They never bothered to keep their skills up to date and can't find jobs, so they just come here to post cr-p.
There is no good information here. It's been the same 10 people posting for 3 years. Most very low level and inexperienced. It is very difficult to understand the current predicament we are in unless you have been close to the STL and understand who they are. The best info you can get comes from the financial statements and the earnings calls. Listen, read, think about motivations, and apply common sense.
such a bummer this site is just full of trolls. We could really ban together here but all questions and comments are met with such trolls it drowns out the good information that could help us by sharing info that one part of the company might know ahead of another. Oh well.....
