Sounds like temple management don't like to inform there work force about what's going on. They want to do as little as possible so they stay of the radar.

Word is the temple local mechanical growlers are pa----s that kiss foreman a $$ for scraps while throwing their own under the bus to keep special job assignments or sleep in offices while others work. Then lie to their own people for the purposes of ensuring no questions ever get asked, while their work is ran off. P…y growlers trying to save own skin, but going to end up losing their jobs too.
Bobby is the worst thing that's ever happened to Temple. His little mo--n lap-dog and AGF, Kohl, can almost be forgiven; that kid wouldn't know a mechanical shop from a hole in the ground.
Temple is running all the work off to appear safe. Fudging numbers to show being over a year injury free. Don’t worry if you get injured they will just sweep under the rug
Was a great place until this most recent leadership, people are celebrated leaving the company because the job is so trash.
Unions don't care. If you are neive enough to believe in a union. Well you should be hung out to pasture along with Biden and the people that voted for him. Our Unions don't care. Open your eyes
If my door is shut I am unavailable.

I hear Bobby leaves at 12 every day wants temple shop count at nearly zero to avoid having to talk about it on calls. Spends most of his time gone to Houston so maybe that’s where he wants work.
The new attendance "policy" Trainman have is complete trash. exempts get their bonus Feb 1. and i'm sure a few of them leave right afterwards. I don't know the percentage bonus they get because it maxes out at 200%, as it changes year to year. They are doing big changes this year and not updating contracts like coal. I don't know why they are they are doing that either. Money is money. They are shutting a lot of little locations down and Im sure a big shop or two has been talked about. RJ corman is getting more track work in locations. Unions need to really step it up. Company is getting crazy with cutting. I imagine it isn't getting better.
