I don't think I exaggerate much if I say that this company is in a downward spiral and that there is almost no hope that things will improve here. Do you remember what CF used to be like? I enjoyed working here. Now I'm ashamed to say that I still haven't left this place. I'm trying to figure out when it all went downhill

I gave up trying to do better, received nothing but an “at a boy”. Tiny pay increase. So I said “see you later” and get “why are you leaving? Management is brain dead...lol
It all started with Brian and DK.
BP has been focused on the wrong things the past few years. He can’t blame the pandemic anymore maybe he needs to take a look at himself
