How many planning to leave if January raises aren’t fu----g massive?

I left last year....talked with 3-4 who are trying to leave next year. Most are PO'd about the vacation policy changing.
This is all a total s show, specifically for those in EMIT. Several former peers have mentioned the steep decline in morale over the past 18 months.
If you didn’t leave last year because of sh---y raises then, you’re not gunna leave this year when it happens again
I’m leaving in January, regardless of any pay raise I may or may not receive. It has everything to do with the erosion of integrity, accountability, and any semblance of respect EM has for the company and their people.
It might happen today, next month, or a few years from now, but the effects from the atrocious decisions being made recently, will bite EM in the bu-t in a way from which they may never recover. It’s incredibly sad to watch, but it’ll be sadder to see it first hand. I’m glad I’m leaving.
I got a big raise when I woke up this morning; bend over and I will share mine with you.
Don't tell anyone you're leaving. Hardcore lifers will think you're an outcast and will act differently towards you....trust me. Don't rock the boat until you're confident you're submitting your two weeks.
Massive raises? Wake up junior, it’s not happening. They aren’t trying to retain people, just the opposite. If you aren’t happy today, tomorrow won’t be any better.
If you are going to resign, do not anybody. You can be backstabbed from anybody. Make it as a surprise for EM or birthday presence.
January raises won't be massive.
I wish…NRE and on the clock
