Thread regarding Cargill layoffs

None of the employees have the heart in the job any longer

After observing the brutality of the December announcement, I see most of my colleagues trying to fit the narrative to survive but privately we know the leaders are not skilled or forward looking. Things will not change for the better, how can they? If I was a customer I wouldn’t want to do business with Cargill either

A friend of mine who works for Yum said Taco Bell passed on additional business with a new product Cargill has been trying to sell them, largely due to green washing concerns but also because they have serious business concerns about the company’s stability, capabilities, and commitment with the layoffs in December.

Everyone is very disposable if in Cargill. Don’t like the place trying to find a job elsewhere
