For IT, RTO is now 4 days/wk , only can be Mon-Thurs. Friday doesn’t count. Have to be there by 10am and can’t leave earlier than 4pm. It’ll be interesting to see how this plays out …..staff will only work a 6 hr day. lol

Why can’t AIG just role out and communicate a consistent policy across the company and in a timely manner? This seems so disorganized and has created a high level of anxiety across the company. Is this really how to drive productivity? Heck no!
U all have choices; stop complaining. As far as those office hours; what a joke. U have the nerve to complain with hours like that! AIG has clearly lost all of its staff that counted and is now dealing with left overs who have no idea what it is like to work 12 hour days and over the weekend to stay afloat and drive performance. U all have it easy and that is why u stay!!! Be honest with yourselves and others.
Pete finally got it! The Company isn't a train wreck because him and his executives croonies are totally incompetent but because the employees are too happy working from home, without blood and sweet the Company clearly can't improve his ROE! I'm sure that more suffering will make our revenue and productivity skyrocket! Or... the employees could start a passive sabotage that will deal the death blow to the already ridicule perfomance... Time will tell
So they reduced space, yet now expect office at capacity? This is a slow moving train wreck. Cant wait to smell everyone’s lunches as they microwave them. Some may merit leaving early due to nausea.
Is this for IT in the U.S.? If so, Charlotte is gonna be crowded!!
