Did anyone attend the MSU kickoff yesterday at the Melville office? I’m hearing it was a total mess led by the new EVP who was all over the place with his messaging. Considering half the company works in MSU now I’m curious what y’all thought of the kickoff.

The to the person who’s ripping on Pete K. You are confused. Why would he lead a Marketing event?
The only reason the main person is in charge is because he’s Japanese. He is awful and a source of de-motivation

All it did was create confusion. Confusion, therefore, leads to anxiety. A total fu-k you show.
Honestly, I couldn’t follow what he was trying to convey—it felt like pure gibberish. It was like someone told him 5 minutes before the kickoff that he was the guy in charge and needed to present his plan. Very troubling indeed. I’m baffled as to how someone in his position can be so unpolished. It makes you wonder what the story is behind his rise to EVP. Also, what was up with that oversized suit? He looked like he wandered into a Men’s Wearhouse buy 1 get 10 free clearance sale unprepared. It’s hard to believe he’s a senior leader in the company—surely we can do better than this.
