Why create un-necessary & time expensive pulse surveys when managers and HR could just read posts here.

Unfortunately I read reviews off of paid websites , got bought by best place to work and bla bla before accepting offer. Only found out how bad it is and the politics few months into new job . Wish I came to this website for the real reviews .
But then how would they know who to steer those "Happiest place to work" surveys to?
