Those of you who will receive low or poor performance review this month during your 1:1, better pack your stuff and hit the door.

It’s always a good idea to have everything “in order” for a quick voluntary or involuntary departure. Back in early 2019 I went through all my paperwork and shredded everything except the essentials. Backups and copies of things you find important are a good idea.
Remember that photocopiers track everything you copy. Use your personal cell phone and take pictures. Just as good as a copier.

There's a lot of signs pointing to reductions and have been for a long time. Like another poster wrote, been readying myself for 2 years.

Having sat through VHE townhall, engineering better watch out.

Funny how the posted repeat had 22 minutes removed including pointed non flattering Q&A, glad I saw it first hand.

Nothing ever changes, just another shell game with GSR's taking the hit and no straight talk. Bring on Mually!!

I just completed my 1 year. I am ok with getting laid off. I can collect unemployment.

I know a lot of people that are sick and tired of these ups and downs and are just waiting to be dismissed and / or looking to change jobs. I'm new to automotive and I have to say this isn't where I'll stay. I'm not going to compete heavily for my position. Put me up against an LCC employee that just works all the time for peanuts? You win. I'll be fine and move on. The company may not suffer short term, but will in the future and by then it won't be my problem. Go ahead and overload your GSRs to the point they fail. Give them so many things to track that they become mediocre by necessity. The real joke will be when you have to deal with a language barrier and a few time zones for the replacement. Either way I know more then a handful of people that will be thankful for the nudge out the door should it happen because most of them are making changes already.

While I think that @OPs post was just our weekly troll post without any insider knowledge, it has been nearly 2 years (in June) since our last large round of cuts. Yes, I am aware that people will say there have been multiple small cuts since then, but we haven't had "news paper headline" type stuff in a while like Stellantis and GM. So, if we do get another round, PR time (which I thought was February) does seem like a reasonable timeframe.

Nah. This is BS. You know why? Because if this was the case a lot more people would be gone already. Was there some "awakening" You have been informed of that we haven't? Please...We all know how reviews work... how about some real educated takes here?

I suspect if they need to hit the door they’ll be told by HR or given a package by Ford you id--t.
