TPM is the payment management system that disburses contractual rebates, reimbursements and sponsorship payments to key account customers …. There was a time when KAMs could effectively manage their customer payments - now one needs to go through SPA Box he-l to make anything happen, including creating and even adjusting payments by as much as $0.01. It’s crippling and painful - tired of making excuses and apologizing to customers

Feb 15th is the last day for several of us in PD. Our role was eliminated and replaced with “SPOC” but limited roles were available. A few of the favorites were lucky enough to find something within the company while the rest of us enjoy our new found “time off” and severance packages.
Also told AFH teams were “safe” until the end of 2025 but we shall see.
