Waiting to hear if my Nov 2024 furlough which was to end Jan 2025 but was extended to March, will really happen in March. My mgr is frustrated since he & his Director are hearing nada - very frustrating.
What are sales folks hearing as far as layoffs/changes? Senior Management.... all but gone. Usually major changes like this comes with.... more.
Shuffling/layoffs to be expected in the sales force? Doubtful new Senior Leadership comes in and doesn't change anything. This would not be the first time. We all remember what just happened a few years ago...
Mine was based on length of service, but only Baxter service, not my original employer which was an acquisition - so about a third of my service wasn't counted for that.

I was let go from there after 15 years in May of 23....
Did you guys get a severance package or a long notice? Mine was 6 months
