Ummmmm.....do we really need 16 Lg Capital Proj Mgrs?
Dang.....I saw the update email and was like....wow, they must be planning on spending some $$$ this year. It's kind've contrary to what's been reported. Oh but we spend our time updating equipment from the 60's with guarding.....
Think McFly......anybody home? Bueller...Bueller...anyone?
It doesn't make sense....more middle/upper Mgt.....yay us!

I was told that Engineering reog'd the managers to be half on small capital projects, half on large, rather than just running a group of engineers. But the definition of large was only like >1 mil or something, so not really all that large. Doesn't make a lot of sense but what does these days?
All the new ones will be fully remote as well. Yet here they are forcing the rest of us on site.
Depends on the definition of large capital project manager. Are these the lead engineers who do the actual work of managing large capital projects, or are these management ranks high level supervisors?
14 will be laid off by year end. PG will claim victory and a handsome bonus, and the cycle continues.
16?? What will they all do?
I’ve tried to work with the guy leading large cap projects. Stand clear. Slow motion train wreck in progress.
