With the weak management, poorly managed workforce reduction, lack of leadership and general corporate focus on how to sell and make a profit (hint ... it's not DEI), I don't really see how CSCO had a profitable quarter. Layoffs are the go to strategy ... there is no other plan. Good luck 👍

Another reason to layoffs 10,000 employees in Feb 2025. Blame it on economy and to refocus in high growth areas. It’s business as usual for CR and ELT.
