What a cr-p firm. College kids completely misled by this firm and its self serving managers. If you work there make it a short stay or you will find yourself living paycheck to paycheck in 20 years while clowns like Rick and the gang of sycophants take all the credit and money. I know I was a manager at the firm and witnessed it first hand. Terrible disheartening soul destroying organization with no loyalty to its employees. Avoid !
You obvioiusly don't work at Schwab. FCs are financial consultants. Green and blue refers to TDA and original Schwab.
FCs are a dime a dozen. Easily replacable. I thought this about real Schwab staff being let go.

I hope they don’t normalize asking their FC how much they have and how they manage their wealth themselves.
This is early in the quarterly cycle. They should be eligible for the bonus, however small that will likely be. I'm guessing >73%.
Those let go might be better off if McKinsey Rick changes the package and pushes harder for forced attrition. Both are very likely given his background as a slasher.
