The effort required to fully and legitimately move to the Cloud is far more than Teradata leadership would ever commit to. Now, with so few resources, it is no longer feasible even if new leadership were to commit.
Maybe start with the truth? Teradata su-ks in the cloud. For years now! Outside of its core competency (Teradata's database and tools), Teradata in the cloud is a hot mess.
