Are the phone reps the only ones that actually had to RTO? How come other departments have completely empty floors even on in office days? Seems we been sold a bill of lies

In reference to the not going into the office comment; I know two people who had talks about not going into the office per the requirement. Their director or someone told the director their badge swipe percentage. This was done just last week. Between the 20th and 24th
@cc+1jhge8774 - Yeah, because if they are at home, you don't hear all the GD racket behind them.
Such BS that only phone reps have to come in
No
People aren't going in. Just that simple.
As they said some have their manager's nudge and wink and others don't care. It's pretty obvious when on Teams calls or in the office.
Completely empty floors not just desks
What location? Not all floors have complete occupancy yet.
Sending H@te from my h0me 0ffice.
What do you mean you aren’t going in?
Many of us aren't going in. Some with management "approval" and some without.
We will find out next month if there's a penalty. But I doubt it.
