What is up with the fire drill to have immediate access to outlook calendars to see ‘all meeting details’ ?
It’s insulting. Micro mgmt at its worst. Big brother. All of it. What is going on and why the urgency?

Yea, this board is 95% misinformation or trolls.
OP has to be trolling.
If not. So what. Even if they have full access it doesn’t mean anything. Many people already share details with everyone already. People’s days are not set in stone and you don’t have to be in meetings all day to “be productive” in fact it’s just the opposite. Too many meetings and productivity goes in the toilet or people multitask and don’t contribute which hurts project efforts.
Just set personal things as “Private” or without a subject (and notes within the body), or don’t put them on your calendar at all. If you allow it for manager team or everyone, they can only see the meeting names and times not the content within.
Who is asking this? Your manager? HR? Temu?
