Can’t find another job. Stuck in S&T under AK and her incompetent leadership and d-mba-s subordinates. I dread every day that I log on, these projects are meaningless, I legit hate my life. Don’t think I can do this for much longer

DPA appears to be significantly affected by G-yatri’s behavior. It's concerning that she continues to work here despite her bullying, which has made many team members reluctant to engage with her. Her tendency to hold grudges creates an uncomfortable atmosphere that people prefer to avoid. I hope HR will take notice of this situation and take appropriate action.
It’s not even about the money. I would gladly take a pay cut to have a position where I’m not dealing with the bullsh-t of Pepsi. This is the most disorganized and toxic place I’ve ever worked

S&T is in a dark, dark place. AK and G-yatri need to be canned. There’s no structure and it seems that most people in DPA seem miserable with unclear guidelines and projects. Wishing you the best and hope you can find an exit route sometime soon
People like AK and G-yatri barking orders and showing my way or the highway are actually insecure and inept in their fields. Hence the display of arrogance from them that helps them conceal their shortcomings
