Thread regarding Ford layoffs

Buddy Bench as an HR tool.

If a manager intends to retaliate against a GSR, they would sit on the buddy bench and a GSR would (hopefully) ask them how they are feeling. This would build a bridge of compassion between the manager and GSR, and potentially avoid hostile retaliation against a perfectly good GSR employee. If a manager is abusing a GSR, HR could send them to the Buddy Bench to try and work it out together.

Speak up lady > covered up and faked investigation

Advisor > lied and colluded due to fear

People leader > lied empty promises

Hr director > lied empty promises

Managers manager > stonewalled and ostracized any chance at support

New assigned advisor > opened dialogue gained intel pretended to care to see what bases need to be covered

All of them > families that would not look at them the same if exposed in a long detailed publicized document that has been collected over time and built up a case against them all :o

as much as you gsr bash managers... you all want to be one... you all think you can do a better job than the one you work for.. and you all will end up in the same fate as the managers you criticize who were you 10 years ago. thinking about the same way you think today.
