Watched this company for a long time. Have seen massive turnover. Seen many "bad apples" and "good apples" come and go. Makes no difference. Chk overpaid 10x for land long ago. Accumulated huge debt, and they cant recover. Please, dissolve and give assets to companies who know what to do with them

The big bad apples are Tim Pigeon, Nic Deek, Sheldon Blowout, and Narcissistic COO. They are causing all the apples to rot. Good luck trying to hire anyone with these "executives" working for the company.

How to fix team dynamics 101

Step one - have everyone rate each other. Step two - let them figure out how they graded each other and slowly walk away…. they’ll work it out.
Step three - ignore the rating for your favorites
Step four - axeman cometh.
Step five - move the bad apples/favorites to a new place.
Step six - start all over! Problem solved!

A ridiculous severance would be a blessing...open it up to volunteers please. The carpet baggers are stuffing their sacks and hopefully it will last until bonus time. The end is nigh for OKC. O/U - 1 year.
