Just further proof there’s no vision at the top. Rockwell will continue to sputter along selling drives and push buttons while Siemens and Accenture rule digital automation. Jobs will go overseas and Blake and co continue to act like raiders taking huge payouts and dishing platitudes from the crusty clock tower. Good luck plain Jane, cause you’ll need more than that.

What a tragic sequence of events that led to the creation and dismantling of this team starting with bad acquisitions and partnerships along with a leadership chain of command that didn't know the automation industry, let alone digital for it. The reality is there isn't much that is "Digital" to Rockwell in most segments and it is amazing to see how much energy was put into the idea of Rockwell being a market leader in "Digital Transformation." Hubris isn't a strong enough word. What a waste of talent and it is very unfortunate for those impacted.

This was a team put together by Glen. of PTC and Accenture buddies. They were suppose to be digital transformation consultant/domain experts. They were paid for by Gina su-king out the blood of our traditional OEM sellers and GOTCs and geographic tech consultants. New president of Americas is trying to reverse the damage.

"A group of overpaid friends" encapsulates senior marketing leadership as a whole, really. Look at any Major event posts on LinkedIn. Looks like Facebook.

Not sure what the old regime is. Blake’s regime is what you have now. And none of the newbies or sycophants understand the business. 0 to negative growth this years means more layoffs.

If you’re not familiar with this team count yourself lucky. A group of overpaid friends of the old regime who do not know RA and provide no value.

Yes I believe they are moving the digital transformation team to more traditional field sales roles or they are being let go. Just like the digital selling team

I'm not familiar with the "Dx / new capacity team", but if their name is any indication, I can see why they would have cause to be concerned. We are shrinking/consolidating, not growing.

On Blake Moret

If these returns are the best the two largest shareholders can generate, it does suggest underwhelming management performance—especially given the higher returns seen in broader tech-focused indices like the Nasdaq. It’s fair to question whether Blake Moret has fully maximized Rockwell’s potential.

Let me summarize. The two largest investors in Rockwell know that Blake is a buffoon. Run
