From TV Land to Reality: Leadership, Stock Prices, and Root Beer Floats

Gee wh-z, you’d think sharp new leadership would raise the company’s stock instead of tanking it. But nope—here we are, stuck in a retro time warp with stock prices from over a decade ago, during what’s supposed to be a period of growth. This show’s heading for cancellation, and your so-called strategy experts deserve an Emmy for acting like they have a plan. Where are the Elliot-Letters when you need them? The stock isn’t reflecting solvency or potential—it’s just mirroring the leadership.

Gee wilikers, I was rooting for EC and had high hopes, but his choices and tolerance for toxicity are troubling. Either he’s tuned out or too distracted by the stressful move to Houston to see it. Looks like he and SM fell in with the wrong crowd, trusting the bad boys of the world while the good guys are transferring out.

Gosh, Dad always says elbow grease can fix just about anything, but these folks were too focused on defending inflated-ego bullies while their own grades slipped BAD!

Holy cow, they’re about as smart as bringing fish to a picnic—must’ve grown up on root beer floats and no homework!

It’s time to wake up from TV Land people, stop falling for the lines, and face reality. If not, another network (or leadership team) will take over, and we’ll all be canceled—or worse, RIF’d.

Are you kidding me? Middle and upper managers only exist to protect their and their manager’s jobs and golden parachutes. Nothing more and nothing less. Get used to it. This is corporate America! ☹️

EMT and board should know that many employees are invested in CCi’s success, delivering results despite challenges with leadership. To strengthen the company, consider reducing ineffective VPs and Directors who lack expertise, waste resources, and add unnecessary complexity, but keep and recognize the good ones. Ask the employees to see what you can’t see in a manner they feel safe from retaliation, we know who the good ones are. Cutting these layers would free up resources to invest in the teams driving the company forward where we should be.
