WE3 implementation is tool to promote attrition.
If EM desired retention, any plans for WE3 would be eliminated.
To be fair I'm already pretty aware that xom doesn't care about me.
In fact, benign indifference would be a step up from the current trend of actively trying to eliminate my job.
A warning from other sites that have done it…. WFH will not change. It will still be manager-dependent. There will still be comments from uppers that we all work better in the office.
If you are being given any chance to feedback, do so very honestly.

I love how the official announcement spun this as something employees were asking for.
And now they want our input and thoughts on this before they actually implement.
This decision has already been made and the driver is to lease 4 or more of the buildings out.
Remember the campus was the vision of Rex and the God Squad. Gone with the oak tree which should be the symbol of ExxonMobil and the campus not the cube.
They are spineless! Just sp-t it out! Exxonmobil wants to get rid of enough people they will only need less then half of what they use now. Just say it! Have some respect and be honest! Honest????
Oh the hypocrisy of hot-seating, when earlier this year everyone was requested to return to the office because collaboration within teams was so important. Now you can spend your days searching the floors for the desk your colleagues may be using that particular day. Makes perfect sense…
