There really are happy people in the company. They are the ones that look at any adversity as a challenge to be solved and push forward to solve the issue.

I am not in claims, nor am I part of a pet project. I work in an area of Allstate that has problems to solve like any other area of the company. My job is challenging and I feel like I am making a difference in my little corner of the company. It's what you are paid to do, solve problems.

The grass is not always greener on the other side. If you are not happy, then speak-up, and continue to do so until you are heard. If you refuse to speak-up, then stop complaining because you are just a guilty as those you perceive to be making your life miserable.

It's funny everyone thinks about the non-white people who are getting jobs.

Where are the complaints about the white people in Ireland getting American allstate jobs?
