End of an era. Not as good as Naples, but the last one was a good ending. Interacting with other colleagues was important.
alcoholics and 'butt' kissers - meant 'leaders'
3M only has managers left at top levels, there are no leaders left. It has been the case for at least 15 years now.
I wish the question would have been who misses leadership? Most talent left and retired and now no leadership.
