I get that emconnect is supposed to put everything in one place but is it just me or is it really confusing and clumsy to use? I think I spend 20 or 30 minutes messing with it each time I try to figure out how to start a ticket for whatever.

Remember when Projects spent about $30million to develop our own custom software to track and manage projects. What a disaster. We can’t just use off the shelf products and systems like this are even worse as it’s all about consolidating and cutting costs. They promise to launch and fix later but the fixes never come.

It is absolutely abysmal. Convoluted, broken links everywhere, missing information (if you can even find it). Waste of time
