I truly hope that those who decided this was the perfect time for layoffs experience a whole year that mirrors the pain, fear, and uncertainty felt by the people they blindsided with the news of losing their livelihoods. Maybe then they’ll understand the devastating impact of their choices.

Feel bad for you but in no way is this a blindside and it should never be at CSG. They have shown very clearly it’s not if but when you will get laid off. Not a secret this board will go through it next year again.
How many people was layoff ?
