Too expensive? It’s only as expensive as they want it to be.
I’m on the fence with this one. There are a ton of people who just seem to be hanging around. Look at all the “advisors” she’s got in the top ranks. Like, they are waiting for something.
In the past, they’d do something to pay for it. I think the first one had delayed raises for everyone.
As a company, we sure are very top heavy.
I talked to a former employee during the summer whose best friend works here, and was part of a VBO committee. He said the last one was too expensive so there is not going to be one. Hope he is wrong, but either way I’m retiring with it or without it.
U want VBO, ask your manager for a layoff package next time around. Underperform a slight bit in the meantime. Pi-s off a few people but not too many. Voila, VBO.
All boomers who deserve vbo already got it. Here’s hoping the leftovers don’t get any and us youngins get better pay and bonuses!

I want VBO 2 years from now. Would be perfect time for me to retire. Next year would work but this year too early
