If NA makes it after January, we will be ok for another 6 months or this year. But still biting my nails until February.

WF has been hiring and outsourcing to a Jamaican center. They handle the chat which is awful and can take longer than 30 minutes. They also hired out of UK customer service and I believe India or Philippines. US agents were told their jobs were safe and these were outsourced to pickup the slack. Agents were very Leary . They laid off last year teams and combined jobs for some departments. The cs agents weee told only seasonal would be let go but of course they would say that. They won’t want a panic. Best advice is be looking for another job or if you get laid off use your unemployment to find a better job. They can pay Kelly Clarkson half a million to do a commercial but can’t keep customers happy with an employee turnover or reduction. I saw managers get the boot I believe in 2023. Almost everyone that recently had moved up in positions. Makes most not want to change roles.

US layoffs will go out Jan 24th, mainly customer service and ticket teams as they have been outsourced.

If there was a layoff for USA/Canada North America Niraj email usually gets sent out at 7am or 7:30 seems no indication that it is for North America. Since the last previous RIF focused on North America mostly. We still cant rule out another RIF for January 17th or 31st.
