They spend thousands or perhaps a few million dollars hiring/training new employees (Salaries, Flights to Seattle, Hotels etc.) and then lay them all off within 3-6 months. This organization has no idea what its doing. Get a clue Zillow Group. Shameful!!!

I agree I was one of those affected! They are terrible. A lot of people got let go right before Christmas and those that stayed thought they were safe because they made quota only to be laid off right after but it was way more people laid off January than those let go in December. They made us fly out to Seattle back to back for 3 months. They started this thing called launchpad which was a new training program! Our group was the FIRST one of this program, we were essentially their test dummies for it. They hired this lady name Soumya who came in and fired like 5 of the head people who had been there for years and then she just made this call also. They should have thought twice before bringing her on and ruining peoples lives. There are people who have been with the company 10+ years, 5-10 years and they didn’t care. Top performers also gone
