Thread regarding Crown Castle International Corp. layoffs

Chief Financial Officer Daniel K. Schlanger will depart from his role effective March 31, 2025

"Crown Castle has not yet named a successor to Schlanger. His impending departure is classified as a "Qualifying Termination" according to company documents. Schlanger's tenure as CFO has seen Crown Castle expand its portfolio of wireless infrastructure assets, including cell towers and fiber networks, which support the growing demand for wireless data and connectivity."

About time.

The empty suit made out like a bandit. He fought for nothing but his wallet and the finances of the other executive clowns that left. They took a successful company and drove it into the ground, laid off most of the workforce, and reaped the financial rewards from their golden parachutes.

Agree with most of what you said other than he was stoic, that's the last term I'd use to describe him.

He might have been part of the problem however, he did stick up for the group as a whole. I will have people reply with “YOU ID--T YOU DRANK RHE KOOL AID!” He fought for us and lost and tried to leave. This feels like a push out. The CFO might be stoic and very introverted but he wasn’t our enemy.

More good news. Another who sought to patronize and distract everyone with his rinky di-k economics 101 lectures and training while fundamentally not understanding the telecom business or our place in it. Good riddance. Time to get a pro in who can structure our teams and finances for long term stability, success and making money rather than shot termist financial engineering.

Guess the fiber, small cell review didn't work in his favor.
