Dont blame “Houston”. There are a few good folks from operations there who arent listened to… they are reduced to scribes who mindlessly churn documents at the behest of folks with no operational experience (many of them are contractors or have fancy project manager titles). There are those that know what to do to make operations work easier and better but are shunned.
If it ain’t broke don’t fix it comes to mind. It’s a complete mess and making changes could take months to implement.
Operations are just grunts and don’t know what they need. That’s why. Wake up ffs.
Like everything else, its lets ask a few people in Celle and Houston what THEY need and never ask the people in operations what they need. Here is the product THEY ordered to tell with operations.
