You folks need to get back to work. Stock is sinking and all you seem to worry about is working from home or getting rewarded. How about putting your heads down and working; that is how you get rewarded! Right now the company's valuation is sinking daily opening itself up as a target or perhaps something more sinister is going on.

Does new hire get annual raise before the performance review cycle?
When the 3% merit usually happen?
What's the raise that everyone got? I got a 3% raise, but some colleagues got 5 or 6%. Not sure what the metrics are for this.
I did get my STI and my cost of living raise, but there's no chance of a promotion or anything similar for me. Really need somebody above to leave and hope they don't distribute their workload to us.
My advice ia get out as soon as you can. You will not be rewarded for hard work. The ship is sinking.
Ah new hire I got some bad news for you AIG managers hate this one thing called raises for their employees besides themselves!
Raise and STI aren’t communicated until March usually. STI is usually more connected to your rating. Raises are not guaranteed and more likely related to budget as well as where you are in the salary band.
