You won't see WARN act site updated for weeks. But employees were told 2 months per WARN act plus additional severance for their time here.

"WARN requires 60 calendar days' written notice. The law makes no provision for any alternative such as pay in place of a notice. I just checked WARN and nothing yet. Do they do it at the end of the day?

Remove the Finance System Support director and senior director. They have talented consultants and other managers who know better than them, add more value, and could save the equivalent of 7-8 other Finance employees.

yes, be specific, last time someone pulled a date out of their a-s (supposedly after last jaycation) without further elaboration, and nothing ever manifested. Lots of stressed out people on here. Seriously though, everyone, take what people say here with a grain of salt. It is so easy for any troll to come on here and spread misinformation.
