My confident predictions are that the top level will:
- Get rid of more of the expensive employees who have been there a while and have useful knowledge and experience.
- Hire more cheap right-out-of-school employees who have no experience and don't know how to use any of the cobbled-together 3M systems that are needed to do the jobs of the 2 FTEs each has been hired to replace.

Putting it up because it is a sound and sad prediction. It's especially sad for those of us who know our stuff, as well as for those who will be left to pick up the pieces.
