Morale would skyrocket if we finally got rid of some of the a--holes who love to bully people AFTER taking credit for their work. PepsiCo needs more layoffs, only they have to be focused on managers, not the rest of us. You'd get a happier workforce AND save money. It's a win/win!

Purchasing is on the edge of being moved offshore. No need to keep it in the US anymore.
I think global data governance. Another one of those made up groups that mulls around Plano or Purchase pushing paper not doing anything to sell a case of product.
