so in 2025, can we expect more non essential directives like DEI, VOMF, and Brene Brown trainings, or will the leadership actually care about turning a profit? my guess is more of the former and seeing what other assets can be sold off..

I realized that the "Dare to Lead" stuff is really projection on the part of the SLT - they don't know how to lead, are timid about it, so pushing "Dare to Lead" on everyone else...

Well, Brene Brown does say to only focus on yourself in 2025...
