It’s part of the Bold New Chapter in improving customer service. GROW behaviors will be implemented to all Macy’s stores.
Yeah my macys has those signs up too and everyone is worried because of how vague it is and how we’re not getting a lot of merchandise like we use too around this time . Apparently our Macys is t closing but that could change .
We can start improving the customer experience with the credit department.
It's all about the new focus on customer service for 2025. We had to watch a video about how some super high end restaurant in NYC listens to customer conversations to learn about anything the customers want and then going to extreme lengths to make a memorable experience based on what hear. Somehow I doubt that the restaurant in the video was staffed by people making $15 an hour being asked to all do a ton of tasks in addition to taking care of the customers.
We have no idea what they are for.

Macys is good at vague announcements and getting people worried. Not sure why that date remains to be seen.
