The real question is, will my LTIP factor be higher than my CIP Factor

It won’t be better than last year.

They’ve already accounted for the cost of bonuses I n their SEC filings. 0.75, 0.9, 1.0…doesn’t matter. Not a big deal for them to pay that out and then release the employees a month or two afterwards. Probably minimizes lawsuits.

Uuh Oh... someone in HR was triggered. Poor little baby. Everyone should be real scared now..... 3, 2, 1. Bonus? Less than 1 is a no-brainer.
I'll be perfectly happy with anything at all. Looking forward to greener pastures.

@dr+1jgmhh9dm Bootlickers?
Lol are you writing this from your mom's basement? Go be a weird incel somewhere else, you obviously don't work with us or know what we do.
No one likes you, get f"cked.

I hope we get at least a 1 bc everyone has been busting serious a-s.

Those two instances have already occurred. I’ll be shocked if it’s 1.

Anything less than 1.0 going into layoffs: 1) will crush morale; 2) make this place feel like a sinking ship. Why stick around someplace with such degrading prospects? No way to retain talent.

@df+1 what are you going to do when the bonus is < 1 ?

"It better not be less than 1.0" would imply a threat!!

Do any of you on this site actually think you deserve a bonus, lol? You should be grateful to still have a job.
Go ahead, while you pack your things and work on your miserable resumes, call someone a Boot-l1cker or whatever. That's precious.

I agree with .95. A tiny bit lower than 1 to make sure they twist the kn--e a little bit on us and remind us we su-k, but close enough to 1 that they feel like they've softened the blow before layoff season is upon us.
