Typically marketing executes have two years to deliver. Ford's situation is a complete outlier that executives promised, unable to deliver and don't get fired.

Want to bet BF and the BOD will pay JF over $20mn+ in options???? Sorry to say this but the entire BOD and Senior management need to be replaced. If it were not for the F-Series the oval is out of business. Ford Pro is not something New it only replaced outfitters. .Instead JF created another chain of management instead of keeping it all in truck. Another reason demonstrated why overhaul needed at the top. Stock price doesn't lie... market for the year up but Ford goes in reverse.
