Connect says comp dashboards will be published January 15.
AI will be handled as it always has been by Managers and Directors. Should be close to last year paying out at 115%. Access to comp dashboards will be available soon. We have had some positive internal discussions with our Comp Team and the EMT is on board with maximizing payouts.
