Does anyone know how many people that got “laid off” were asked to come back to work? I’ve heard of a few people this happened to. Doesn’t that just go to show how disorganized and poorly planned this entire thing is…

I know of 5 people that were fired "accidentally". 3 were fixed quickly. 1 took a day. The last took 2 days. "Fixed " meaning the employee was told just kidding. In the case that took 1 day the person who got fired was the child of the person who was supposed to get fired. They had the same name so HR invited the wrong John Doe.
Our work force was just cut and not a single person is gonna get hired back. Already looking for new jobs. This is a great company but just poor management. Hoping to keep my job to help improve this place but I don't know at this point.
I know some people that were let go and then other people within the organization were shuffled around to fill those spots, so those people shuffled are “safe” while management decides what their roles will even be. Those people weren’t kept due to merit/performance either. It’s insane.
I don’t know of anyone. My team got reduced by ~80% and the remaking guys can’t cope with the work. We just do the bare minimum and cans even produce any quality work anymore. I heard that some already started to look for jobs outside.
