I got to work today and heard there some involuntary separations handed out today, 29 Jan.
Anyone have any info?

As long as P&W has been in business there has historically been layoffs and furloughs. It is as much of our culture as the jet engine. We work, Sit and wait for the results each time. Some of us move on and others remain for the next round . That is just who we are and what we do. Don’t bother worrying about it, if you work here you can work anywhere.
So then does anyone really know what is going on?

If there isn’t enough money by the end of the year for my bonus, sure as he’ll I’d layoff enough people so I can get my bonus.
Always remember the bigwigs will always get their bonus no matter if there is a layoff or not!!!! ALWAYS
Next thing you know they will put timers on the bathroom doors and dock your paycheck for taking a dump!

Do you have any other details on this? My assumption is layoffs during Q1 - but is it going to hit commercial or military, or both?
