Congrats HR, the layoff list, aka ‘Salary consultation’ invite has been screen shotted and sent externally.
HR leaders at NextEra, EDF, Enel, Siemens, Vestas, Winergy & EDF have it.
Good luck trying to negotiate a salary at those places, they know laid off candidates by first and last name and know they are desperate.

Most large companies have a list of resumes for displaced employees that they send to other internal business units and also select customers, i.e. government for example. It helps with keeping costs down for a layoff. It also helps the displaced employee by putting their resume in the hands of managers who may need a person with their skill set. I got a job like this once when my business closed.
