@1sqo+1jg65XLV Which company? I am looking
Managers and supv are aware and have been encouraged to simply ignore the noise, that its all exagerated. Because share price is at all time high.
Who is AVW? Never heard of her and quoted in the article. It’s usually C. Norton. Maybe he’s getting pipped.
Talking points were shared with all leadership. Denials of the fact we have an attrition problem were included. And how could people talk about it for fear that DWW or TG fire them for saying what they think Vs acting like a company robot.
Make bigger. Past the voice through other media ( twitter, Facebook, Instagram, etc.) and you will see the result.
Doesn’t impact DWW or the share price so Dallas don’t care.
100% certain they were told to not discuss it, largely it wasn’t new just long and comprehensive list.
It was brought up in an EM culture team meeting and the VP that chairs the meeting said he disagreed, article went too far, we need to not waste time on those things we can’t control and instead “bring about change from within ourselves” by demonstrating WeAreExxonMobil behaviours.
The link to the article was also pasted in the Sli.do of Imperial’s employee forum last week, no response from the MC.
I, for one, am not surprised. EM knew all these concerns before the article. Nothing from Bloomberg was going to affect change.
If you count the sound of crickets as a response, then my manager’s response was deafening.
I resigned 1 year ago and I can tell you how management at my new company responded:
Let's grab some EM talent!
It went so well that one of my many managers sent me an email today about upcoming desk sharing. I’ve gone from having an office to desk sharing. Wonderful company.
Crickets in BRCP. Likely won’t speak unless given specific talking points.
My boss was clear, “if you don’t like it here you can go work for Amazon”
No mention of it at all by any of the supervisors in our org. It’s like they were told not to acknowledge it even happened,
The same PR machinery, Koolaid drinker, managers, and executives posting a ton of futuristic and progressive image cleaning posts on LI have completely gone dark on this, I mean completely.
