The discrepancy between the number of productive employees and managerial staff is enormous. The number of useless managers is astonishing. If they just trimmed the fat a little, I think Xerox would start breathing again. If nothing else, many jobs of really good workers that this company needs could be saved that way. But I think it's futile to hope that it will happen?

Management out of control. Overcommitting to customers.
Ridiculously bad company moral
Micromanage everything to unrealistic expectations.
Pillaging used parts from printers, to get you out the door.
Unable to get supplies or technical help
Failure to communicate effectively
Yeah…. Thats my idea of a winning company. Nice job xerox. But now the world is finally seeing what xerox is all about.

Im sending amvets or purple heart to pick up furniture from the branches left. Maybe you can write that off as a donation or a loss. Salvation army is a possibility too.

Thats likely the plan for cost cutting now, as we don’t dare touch salaries of the elite blow hearts. Can’t do that.
They are losing the people that have been saving this company money. What is the end game here big wigs?
I find it fascinating that half the passengers in this boat we are in, has a MANAGER, DIRECTOR or VP title. Hopefully those titles come with an oar, if not, you might fall into the category of useless fat that's been weighing down this boat. Overboard!

Forget the fat. You’re long past any token gesture - supposed fixes. This place has ruined their reputation long ago, and recent actions have sealed it.
You could pick names out of a phone book and get 10 fold better choices in xerox management.
This place is done. Time for the garage sale. In fact i will wait for them to drag everything to the curb, as its of no value other than scrap.
