This place is a constant state of stress. I know that people will say that the grass is greener on the other side, but I don't really think so, because I came here after experience in some other retail companies where it wasn't significantly better. It all depends on priorities. It would be best to leave retail, but... right now that's not possible for me.

The grass is always greener on the other side or somewhere else I don’t know. The grass is sure so green at Belk because it is fertilized everyday with a lot of lies and bull$hits don’t you know by now!
