From year to year, working conditions are getting worse.. What interests me is whether compensation and benefits will continue to become even less generous, because at the moment it doesn't seem like this erosion will stop? How much longer will XOM continue to ignore our complaints about it?

Just knowing that we aren’t contributing to landfills with styrofoam cups on campus (at least in the office portion of building) totally outweighs any benefits they have taken away from us. Thanks for also taking away those evil plastic straws. Where do I go to get my Beto sticker on campus to complete the indoctrination?
They will continue to ignore complaints until they reach the desired headcount number. Of course they will deny they have a headcount target but instead have a budget target so technically they wouldn’t be lying. They can say this because one HC10 FTE probably gets paid 3-5X that of a lower cost country FTE so you can theoretically increase headcount and meet budget which I believe is the MC’s dream scenario.
No employee, no BS.
Apart from the sick pay and remaining pension, you're better off being a contractor for EM now.
