Just received a PM from a Google recruiter. Anyone her made the jump to Google? I’m in project management. Does the pay beat ExxonMobil?

Thanks, but according to the previous post the solicitation comes from a legit email address.
I’ve had many solicitations for consulting work and job interviews since leaving. Most are legit with only a few looking to fish for information. My advice is to do your homework about any company you are interested in working for. Also interviewers should be asking behavioral questions and not any specifics about the job you did at XOM.
Beware of scams... that goes for everyone. Now the Bloomberg article is out, scammers would think EM folks are easy targets for job scams.
OP, it's a job dude. GO FOR IT. You will be NSIed soon. Get out now.
Probably your friend referred you.
We don’t do referrals as much as we used to.
You basically got one foot in the door already. What are you waiting for?
Oh yes, EM is a known feeder company for Google employment.
They stumble all over themselves to obtain the fine corporate and technical skills that are developed in EM.
It adds lustre to the Google image and, believe me, you'll be the envy of every co-worker for that.
Go for it.
Email to send resume to is an @google.com email address so appears legitimate.
Just make sure it's legitimate before you get excited. I doubt that Google need to makes cold calls to recruit.
Secondly, go for the opportunity and the work culture, not the money. You will be happier in the long run.
